Hadaza Gonzalez, L.Ac., MSOM, had the honor of receiving her Masters in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine from the prestigious Texas Health and Science University. She is a certified licensed Acupuncturist and herbalist with the Texas Medical Board and with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
In her 7 years as a practitioner of Chinese medicine she has specialized in women’s health, neurological disorders, pain management, digestive issues and emotional distress. She understands the impact nutrition has on the state of the mind and body and educates her clients in practicing preventive medicine through recommended dietary practices and herbal remedies. Her goals are to help people find physical and emotional relief, balance and empowerment through the reconnection of mind, body and spirit.
Her love for holistic medicine and determination towards helping others was born out of her own healing. Understanding that the mind plays an integral part in the healing process, she practices living a mindful life and incorporates meditation, yoga, breath work, Qi Gong and prayer as daily practices. These help her to maintain a state of balance and well-being.
Jennifer Gwin, L.Ac., MSOM, is certified in both Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine through the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners. She has almost 20 years of experience as a licensed acupuncturist.
Jennifer attended the University of Michigan and the University of Washington for undergraduate study before receiving her master’s degree from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. She augmented her understanding of oriental medicine through additional studies in both China and Cuba.
Jennifer has dedicated most of her life to studying various movement arts including ballet / modern dance, yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Aikido. She also performed professionally for many years and is now a certified yoga instructor. This unique blend of experience enables her to assist her patients in developing a deeper sense of relationship between physical and spiritual well-being.
Qingyun Xu, LAc., MSOM, received her Masters in Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine from Texas Health and Science University and is nationally certified by the NCCAOM. Qingyun practiced as a Medical Doctor for 10 years in China. She was privileged to study Chinese Medicine under world famous Masters in China and now specializes in the treatment of arthritis, digestive disorders and chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. She also specializes in gynecological issues like irregular menstruation / post-partum recovery and enjoys treating children’s illnesses such as allergies, AHDH and epilepsy.
As a health practitioner, Qingyun has always been searching for natural, safe and effective therapy for human disease. She found her answers in ancient Chinese wisdom. Living a harmonious life by following the natural law of the universe can help people to nurture their innate healing power to help prevent disease. Qingyun achieves harmony between her body and mind by practicing Qigong, Yoga and Taichi regularly. With an extensive background in both Western and Oriental medicine, she is happy to help people revive their body’s natural healing potential and to fight any current or future disease.
