She came to the United States to expand her knowledge of academic research in Kinesiology, but then decided that the combination of Chinese medicine and physical therapy can help many more people.  Now she includes both western and eastern medicine in her practice. She specializes in post-stroke recovery, sports injury, nerve re-education, and pain management but also effectively treats stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Her philosophy is to do whatever she can to help people who want to get better, live healthier, and are willing to embrace changes. The treatments she provides are aimed to help her clients move toward a state of health and balance.

In her 7 years as a practitioner of Chinese medicine she has specialized in women’s health, neurological disorders, pain management, digestive issues and emotional distress. She greatly understands the impact nutrition has on the state of the mind and body and educates her clients in practicing preventive medicine through recommended dietary practices and herbal remedies. Her goals are to help people find physical and emotional relief, balance and empowerment through the reconnection of mind, body and spirit.

Her love for holistic medicine and determination towards helping others was born out of her own healing. Understanding that the mind plays an integral part in the healing process, she practices living a mindful life and incorporates meditation, yoga, breath work, Qi gong and prayer as daily practices. These help her to maintain a state of balance and well-being.
